Courtesy of new regulations coming from the Ministry of Modernization, cell phone companies in Argentina are about to be held more accountable for the quality of service they provide. For clients, this is great news, especially if you’re sick of having to constantly add money to your plan or complain about poor service all the time.
According to Clarín, the changes will go in effect on March 5. So here they are, in a nutshell, so you can have some easy understanding of what’s coming.
1. YOUR PAYMENTS WILL NO LONGER EXPIRE QUICKLY
You’ll have up to 180 days until your refill expires. Currently, you have 30 if you’re lucky, but sometimes much less.
